Money dispute: one killed at legal clinic of Kailashahar

A person was hacked to death open in a Legal Aid Clinic today at Yuvrajnagar under Irani police station.

According to police sources, a meeting was summoned by local Legal Aid Clinic to settle down a dispute between Mehamud Ali of Gaurnagar and Bhilal Mia of Yuvrajnagar. Both are masons by profession while working at Ambassa - both had dispute on money sharing. The matter was brought to the notice of the Legal Aid Clinic by Bhilal, who claimed, Mehamud did not give back his share of money. The Legal Aid Clinic gave notice to both and asked them to attend the meeting.

Accordingly, both attended the meeting, after hearing the government PP Kamal Masod who was in charge of the clinic imposed a fine on Mehamud and told him to pay Rs 5000 to Bhilal.

In the meeting Mehamud refused to pay and all of a sudden Bhilal attacked and slit the throat of Mehamud. He died on spot. Police later arrived and nabbed the accused.
