The Tripura Pradesh Congress Committee, mourning the Pulwama terror attack in which over 40 soldiers were killed, has assured to stand by centre and stay united with the security of this nation. The Congress party today marched on a candle rally and mourned the incident at Pulwama.
Congress spokesperson Harekrishna Bhowmik who along with other party leaders lead the rally said, "This march is not in line with politics but to mourn this cowardly act by Pakistan." He said, "The Congress party stands by government."
However, a day after 40 CRPF soldiers were killed in a dastardly attack by Jaish-e-Mohammed suicide bomber in Pulwama of Jammu & Kashmir, a series of protests were held across Agartala with two groups of students burning the Pakistani flag and calling for stern action against the neighbouring country.
