CM’s back to back road-show draw huge attention

Beneath the scorching sun, braving 27 degree temperature, huge number of BJP supporters today followed the footfalls of Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb during his back to back “Vijay Snkalpa” rallies in different parts of the state.

The Chief Minster today led three rallies consecutively in Ambassa, Kumarghat and Kamalpur altogether while campaigning for BJP candidate Rebati Tripura. Huge number of people took to the streets keeping the party chief ahead.

The number of indigenous voters—who contributes as the larger part of the population in the constituency was also noticeable.

Meanwhile, after the postponement of the first phase of elections, it was the first day when the vocal campaigning resumed and on the very first day BJP stole the show with the massive rallies in the strongholds of opposition parties.

Meanwhile, local MLAs Baghaban Das, Manoj Knati Deb and Parimal Debbarma also escorted the Chief Minister during the rallies in respective areas.

Speaking to the media persons during the rallies, Chief Minister said, India needs a “Majboot(Strong)” government under Modi and I know the people of Tripura who gave us me the chance to serve the state will once again cast their mandate in favour of “Lotus”.
