With the initiative of BSF, Half Marathon will be held on October 22. Keeping the slogan ‘Run for the Maitree’ in front the marathon will be held in two categories.
The marathon race in Men and Women category will be consisted of 21 km while the race in Under 14 Boy’s and Girl’s category will be consisted of 5 km. The marathon race will begin from Swami Vivekananda stadium at 6.00 am on the above mentioned date.
In this marathon BSF members urged to all level people to take part freely as all the interested participants have to enroll their names from October 9 at BSF head quarter situated near Salbagan. Top three athletes from all the categories will be awarded with prize money.
In the closing ceremony several distinguished people of the state will be felicitated by BSF.
