Two-day long State Yoga Starts tomorrow

AGARTALA:

Two-day long State Yoga Tournament will start from tomorrow as the tournament will be held at Ranirbazar Yoga Hall. From 3.30 pm onwards the tournament will get underway.

In the opening ceremony Sports Minister Sahid Choudhury was scheduled to remain present but due to treatment purpose he is out of station and in his place the tournament will be inaugurated by Deputy Speaker of State Assembly Pabitra Kar.

Also MLA Manoranjan Debbarma will remain present. This year in the Boy’s category 92 athletes and in the Girl’s category 97 athletes will take part. While for the first time ever Tripura University and ICFAI University will take part in the tournament. For the successful completion of the tournament the organizers have been taken all kinds of necessary preparations.

On the other hand for the best result in this tournament West District team had done all kind of necessary preparations as with the selected 35 athletes’ special training camp ended today successfully.
