Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb on Wednesday inaugurated the newly build Maharani Primary Health Centre at Udaipur in Gomati district and said people of this state are now aware of good governance system prevailing.
“For so long the people of Tripura have not seen what the government really means and those who played politics for vote bank for so long have almost become an extinct species today,” Deb said.
He said, “PM Modiji has brought Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojna, for which no one had to agitate. 360 people in this Matabari area are credited under this yojna.”
“Earlier, the people of this state had never heard of crop insurance. It has been implemented for the welfare of the farmers across the country since Modiji became the Prime Minister,” adding to this Deb said, “Tripura is now getting ready to cater the needs of the North-East region of the country.”
He said, “After the Corona epidemic, many wondered what would happen to the Indian economy and to play politics the communists were waiting if the central government impose taxes on everyone. But the budget presented under the leadership of Hon'ble Prime Minister is historic.”
