State BJP organized “Sabka Sath Sabka Bikash meeting” at Kailashahar today to mark three years completion of BJP Government in Centre. Minister of Assam Government Parimal Sukla Baidya attended the programme as chief guest.
Among others Prabhari of State BJP Sunil Deodhar, Asset Manager of ONGC, Tripura Satya Prakash Soni and Woman leader of BJP Pratima Bhowmik were present in the meeting. The programme was sponsored by ONGC.
Speaking on the occasion Assam Minister Praimal Sukla Baidya said, Assam is getting new schemes since BJP Government came into power. Recently about 6000 teachers got job in Assam. He said, Tripura had only one National Highway. But Central Government approved five National Highways for the state.
The construction of new national highway will begin very shortly. Meanwhile construction of National Highway started at Patharkandi and it is being constructed to maintain longevity for 100 years. Besides, Central Government is giving priority in transportation. Referring 67 percent BPL people are in Tripura he said, “Centre is giving priority for transportation in Tripura”
