COVID 19 vaccination for the teens aged 15 to 18 years will begin in Tripura from January 3 next year.
ICA Minister Sushanta Chowdhury on Tuesday evening told reporters, "As the vaccination will start from January 3, everyone needs to be registered online."
"A total of 46,81,817 people in the state were administered with the first and second dose of the vaccine so far. The state currently has 6,64,390 stocks of covid vaccine," he said.
Meanwhile, briefing the media about the cabinet decision today the minister informed that Junior Forensic Digital Analysts (Group-B; Gazetted) posts have been created for the Cyber Forensics Department. The cabinet also decided to fill the vacancies of 11 office superintendents of the public works department. These 11 vacancies will be filled through promotions, the Information and Culture Minister told in a press conference.
