Gomati District Committee of Tripura Journalists Union organized Mega Health Camp on the occasion of National Press Day at Paschim Para High School of Gangacherra today.
SDM of Udaipur Subhasish Bandyopadhyay, SDPO Rajendra Dutta, State Secretary of TJU Pranab Sarkar, Union member Sourajit Pal were attended in the programme among distinguished guests. District president of the Union Ratan Pal presided over the programme. District Secretary Dilip Dutta delivered the welcome address.
About 700 patients received free medicine after health check up in the camp. Besides eye, medicine and children’s health check up conducted in the camp with the help of Chemists and Druggists Association of Gomati district. The union will organize a Mega Blood Donation camp in the next month.
