TGB customers deprived of banking service

UDAIPUR:

The customers of Tripura Gamin Bank expressed strong resentment as they are deprived of service of the bank during last two months.

The customers alleged that they have to come to the bank at least two to three days for any work. Often they fail to get manager Shishu Ranjan Das in the bank. 

Besides, the customers fail to get their required service as the counter remains vacant often during working hours. Specially the customers fail to update their savings pass book when they want get the service. Most of time the authority of the bank announce that up date would not be possible after keeping the customers standing in queue for hours.

There is no counter for Senior Citizen in the bank branch whereas the facility is available at other banks.

Meanwhile the Manager said, the branch is suffering from some problems due to shortage of staff. In this regard he sought cooperation of customers.
