Tripura Pradesh Congress leader Subal Bhowmik has on today claimed that the ruling party of the state lost its ground in Badharghat and it became obvious in Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb’s rally.
“The participation of people was negligible in the yesterday’s rally led by the Chief Minister. And, it is because of the anti-people policies of the government” Subal told a news conference at Congress Bhavan.
He also claimed that Congress would do better results in Badharghat as people of this area had a deep association with the Congress party. Former TPCC president Birajit Sinha also hoped that if the elections were conducted in a fair way the party would win the seat.
