Sai Sag today defeated Friends Union by a huge margin of 5-0 in the ongoing Second division league football tournament organized by Tripura Football association at Swami Vivekananda stadium.
With this loss after a gap of 10 years Friends Union faced the downfall. With this win Sai Sag kept their hopes alive for the super stage as still they have to wait for the match between Nabodaya and Ramkrishna.
In the 8th minute of the match Sourav Sutradhar scored the opening goal while in the 25th minute Bikash Tripura scored the second goal.
In the 52nd and 55th minute respectively Swapan Telenga scored two back to back goals while in the 64th minute Sourav Sutradhar scored the fifth goal as Sai Sag won the match by 5-0.
