Ramkrishna Club made the road tougher for a place in the super stage as in their all important match against UBST today, Ramkrishna club failed to get full point as the match ended up in 2-2 draw. The match has been held today in the Second division league football tournament organized by Tripura Football association at Vivekananda stadium.
With 9 points from 7 matches, Ramkrishna Club stood at the must win position in their next match against Nabodaya Sangha which will be held on August 25. The match could have been easily gone to the favour of UBST as at one time they have a lead of 2-0. But Ramkrishna club came back strongly and scored the two goals and with this succeeded to save the match.
From the start of the match today UBST played attacking football and got the success in the 17thminute when Sajan Mia scored the opening goal while 7 minutes later Sajan scored his second goal. In the 27th minute Khanag Jamatia scored the equalizer while in the 60th minute Taruni Kumar Jamatia scored the second goal. In the end the match ended on 2-2.
