The protest was triggered by the recent transfer of two teachers, exacerbating an already dire situation that has adversely impacted the quality of education.
The 12th school, catering to the primary division, currently grapples with the challenge of managing the education of its students with only 8 teachers. The situation worsened when two teachers were transferred to other schools, leaving a noticeable void in the teaching staff.
