Two days District level Kishori Utkarsha Mancha concluded at Panchayatraj Training Centre of Ambassa today.
Sabhadhipati of Dhalai District Parimal Das inaugurated the programme in presence of 122 girls from 40 schools. Among others MLA Lalit Debbarma, Chairperson of Ambassa Municipal Council Chandan Bhowmik and Chairman of Samiti Tapati Bhattacharjee, District Education Officer Samiran Malakar were present in the programme.
During speech MLA Lalit Kumar Debbarma stressed on spreading awareness about contribution of girls and to eradicate superstition from the society. Tapati Bhattacharjee appealed the girls to prove their eligibility.
