To mark the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign on the occasion of the Independence Day, a Tiranga rally was held here at Agartala.
The NSS wing of the Youth Affairs and Sports Department organized this rally. Secretary of Youth Affairs and Sports Department Dr Pradip Kumar Chakraborty flagged off the rally from Agartala Umakanta Academy ground.
Tripura Sports Council Secretary Sukanta Ghosh, Joint Secretary Swapan Saha, NSS Program Officer Prabal Kanti Deb, teachers from various colleges and schools, students, NSS volunteers, members of various social organizations and officials of Youth Affairs and Sports Department participated in the rally.
The secretary of the youth affairs and sports department stated that in the Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan program, Tiranga yatra, and Marathons, Tiranga Concerts, Tiranga Canvas, Tiranga Plage, Tiranga Tribute, Tiranga Mela and Tiranga Selfie are being organized in the state.
He sought the cooperation of the people of all parts of the state for the successful implementation of such programs.
