A sudden outbreak of fire late in the afternoon today owing to a short circuit at a study centre located near Gomati District Hospital, doused through immediate action taken by the fire brigade.
The adjoining medical shops narrowly escaped the disaster, said the sources. The centre of the fire was found as a rented study centre where, one Farooq Ahmmed use to teach students of local schools.
While speaking to the correspondent he said, I left the room few hours before and I have no idea what actually took place after my departure. The owner of the room and the eye witnesses collectively informed that it was a short circuit for sure.
