BSF jawans save life injured youth

AMBASSA:

The jawans of 130 Battalion BSF belong to Charly Company created an instance of service to save life of a electrocuted person in absence of medical service at International Border of Banbazar under Khowai subdivision.

Sources from BSF Headquarter of Jawharnagar said that Birendra Giri from Totabari area of Teliamura went to visit the house of his relative Dilip Namasudra at Banbazar in Khowai on September 1. But Birendra was suddenly electrocuted at the house and injured seriously.

Immediately Dilip and others took Birendra to BSF camp at Banbazar. The BSF authority provided car and shifted Birendra to Belbari Hospital. On failing to cure Birendra in the hospital the BSF Jawans of Charli Company shifted him to Khowai Hospital. However Birendra got relief from endangered condition in the hospital due to effort of BSF jawans.

The jawans of Charli Company said that took permission from Headquarter of Ambassa to shift Birendra at Khowai Hospital as no doctor was available at Belbari Hospital at 11 p.m.
