Police recovered body of one middle aged person from road side at Peratia area of Udaipur today after the incident of lynching at Maharani area yesterday.
Sources said that police recovered the body of Nirmal Debnath (46) from road side at Peratia in between Chandapur and Garji in the morning today.
From preliminary investigation SDPO said that it could have been a murder. Police sources said that the house of the deceased is situated at Holakhet area of Udaipur. He did not return home after getting out of house at 10 p.m. in last night.
Nirmal Debnath was a daily labourer. Local people informed police observing the body in the morning today. Police recovered the body and sent to morgue for post mortem. Meanwhile family members of Nirmal alleged that he had been murdered.
Although local people said that he used to come back house in drunken condition. Although SDPO said that confirmation of murder or suicide would be determined after post mortem report.
