Assam Rifles seized 188 kgs Marijuana worth Rs 84.60 Lakh from general area Apurba Shil, Tripura on 07 April 2024.
Based on credible information, a joint operation was launched by the Assam Rifles and Customs Department. The team seized 188 kgs of Marijuana worth approx Rs 84.60 Lakh hidden at a warehouse and nearby forest in General Area Apurba Shil, Tripura.
Seized contents were handed over to the Customs department for further investigation & legal proceedings.
