Timir Chanda to give training at Abhimanyu Cricket Academy

AGARTALA:

All time great all rounder of Tripura Timir Chanda will give training to the cricketers of Dehradun at Abhimanyu Cricket academy.

Timir will leave for Raipur on September 10 in the morning flight for three month duration. Timir played total 71 Ranji matches.

On behalf of Ku Sporting Organization Timir will give all his experience to the Dehradun players which indeed a pride moment for the cricket in the state. Playing for Tripura Timir Chanda scored 2366 runs while also picked up 136 wickets from 71 matches.

This former Ranji player passed ‘B’ license in Coaching at India and England and has a huge potential to create next generation cricket.

But the saddest thing is state cricket association continuously ignoring these players for the post of Coach for Tripura.

On his selection as a coach in the academy Timir said,” My first aim will be to fulfill the responsibility which I got and will try to take the cricketers of that academy to another level so that they can play well.”
