Additional Session Judge Chandita Debnath today gave an injunction order restraining the new managing committee of Agartala Press Club from functioning as the supervising authority.
The order also restrained the present committee from acting in the capacity of any monetary transaction of the club and empowered the legally elected committee took charge on February 12, 2017 to continue the relevant duties.
