A group of people led by elected member of Fulbari Kandi Panchayat from CPI-M Mosaid Ali have stolen 11 sacs of fertilizer from VLW store of Kanakpur at Kailashahar. Meanwhile Store Incharge Sanjay Shil has filed an FIR at Kailashahar Police Station. Meanwhile police started investigation.
Sources said that fertilizer, seed etc. were distributed among farmers of 5 panchayats from VLW store. Now –a –day’s fertilizer is necessary before sawing seed. For that purpose fertilizer was hoarded. But store in charge Sanjay Shil was locked due to difference of his opinion with some leaders.
A group of people had stolen 11 sacs of fertilizer by force. Member Mosaid Ali led the thieves. However some local people met with Agriculture Officer Aniruddha Bhattacharjee. Store in charge Sanjay Shil was locked for 5 to 6 hours as he did not agreed to fulfill their legal demand.
