Open Rating Prize Money Chess: Arunika, Abhigyan to leave tomorrow

AGARTALA:

Nitai Ghosh Memorial open Prize Money Chess tournament will start fromOctober 7 and it will continue till October 11. The tournament will be held at Jalpaiguri where 4 rising chess players from Tripura will take part.

Arunika Ghosh, Abhigyan Ghosh, Parthajit Saha and Arnab Kumar Paul are the four chess players to take part in the tournament from Tripura. Parthajit will join the team directly as he took part in rating chess at Guwahati.

To get good result in this tournament Arunika and Abhigyan has been taking part in practice session at Matrix Chess Academy which has been started by Fide Master Prasenjit Datta.

Both these players have been guided by Prasenjit. Both of them will leave for the tournament tomorrow. After taking guidance for the last three days both these players looked very much positive and desperate to improve their rating in this upcoming chess tournament.
