Normal life completely disrupted due to heavy rain at Sabroom during last two days. Sources said that farming of vegetable and crops heavily affected by the rain. At the same time local people are suffering continuous load shedding.
Meanwhile power supply stopped at Sabroom from yesterday to afternoon today as transformer went out of order. As a result suffering of common people has reached to an intolerable situation.
At the same time water level of Feni and Manu River flowing adjacent to the danger level. Although, no damage of person or property found till the last information came here.
Sources said that temporary Maitri Bridge went below the river water level due to continuous increase of water at Feni river.
It is suspected that the bridge may collapse at any time if water level increases more. So the officials of Maitri Bridge are in panic. Sources said that incessant rain is going on at Sabroom today.
