Municipal Block school became champion in the Sadar Subdivision of the ongoing Under 17 Boy’s football tournament as in the morning today they defeated Dukli Block by 2-0.
Samir debbarma and Kuldip Debbarma scored the goals for the winning teams. Sadar team was advanced by 1-0 in the first half of the match as from the start of the match they played dominance football and kept that till the last minute of the match.
The match held at Swami Vivekananda stadium. At the end of the match Sadar Subdivision team has been formed by the selectors which will take part in West District Football tournament starting from September 4 at West Noabadi School. Satya Ghosh, Secretary of Municipal Block School Sports Board announced the team.
