Aiming to make the employees more efficient in rendering government services, the Tripura government has signed an agreement with the Skill Development Commission and Karmayogi India here in an event at Agartala Pragna Bhavan.
Chief Secretary J K Sinha, Secretary of General Administration (P&T) Department Apoorba Roy, Skill Development Commission Human Resource Member Dr. R Balasubrahmanyam and Joint Secretary S P Roy and Karmayogi India Advisor Shobhana Rana were present.
The agreement was signed by Apoorva Roy on behalf of the State Government, Dr. R Balasubrahmanyam on behalf of Skill Development Commission and Shobhana Rana on behalf of Karmayogi India.
Speaking on the occasion, Chief Secretary J K Sinha said that the Skill Development Commission and Karma Yogi India agreement with the state government will further improve both the professional and personal aspects of the government employees.
He said that the officials of various departments of the state government and other workers have a responsibility towards the people. They are providing government services to the people with sincerity and dedication, he added.
He said that the signing of this agreement today will provide skill development training to officials at various levels of the state government and other employees. Training will help them to work more efficiently at work and to be aware of new technologies and methods.
