The Tripura Legislative Assembly has asked the former BJP Minister and Congress MLA Sudip Roy Barman to vacate his quarters located at MLA's Hostel and handing over the keys to the Superintendent of MLA's Hostel and asked him to shift in his newly constructed MLA hostel.
In an order to Roy Barman, undersigned by S K Majumder, Secretary, Tripura Legislative Assembly said that there is an urgent necessity to vacate those quarters so that the Assembly Secretariat would proceed with necessary development activities in the interest of Tripura Legislative Assembly.
“I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to you in connection with previous communications under above reference which is regarding two quarters that has been occupying by you at old MLA's Hostel No. 1 near Buddha Mandir, Agartala. Now, there is in urgent necessity to vacate those quarters occupied by you so that the Assembly Secretariat would proceed with necessary development activities in the interest of Tripura Legislative Assembly. I expect you to vacate the quarters immediately and hand over the keys to the Superintendent of the MLA's Hostel and submit a requisition for allotment of suits at newly constructed MLA's Hostel near ILS Hospital, Agartala”, the letter reads,.
The letter further directed Roy Barman for immediate action and vacates the hostel premises within one month from the date of receipt of this letter and this may be treated as urgent.
