Students of Tuisindrai H.S. School of Teliamura locked the school today in protest of transfer of teacher from the school. The incident took place at 12 p.m. in reaction of transfer order of 24 Graduate and Post Graduate teachers.
Graduate teacher of Pure Science Sajal Ghosh also included in the list who is appointed at the H.S. School. The students expressed their resentment as soon as the news of transfer reached at the school today. They started to stage a protest rally by locking the school.
On being informed Inspector of School Biswajit Debbarma rushed to the school. He started discussion with the students of the school with the help of local leaders. Later the students withdrew the blockade and opened lock on the basis of assurance to look into the matter with due importance.
From information it revealed that many quality teachers have been transferred from Teliamura recently to execute politics of revenge. The contribution of teachers was praise worthy for teaching of the school. Naturally the students are not ready to leave the quality teachers.
