Local people of Karaiamura village of Bagma expressed strong resentment as police failed to arrest main accused of rape of a minor girl.
Sources said that police of R.K. Pur Police Station has failed to arrest main rape accused Narayan Ghosh (40) even after three days of the incident.
Meanwhile a delegation of Child Protection Commission demanded strong action against the accused at the police station.
Sources said that Narayan Ghosh raped the 8 years old girl when she went to his house on being invited by him for viewing TV. Later mother of the minor girl filed a case at the police station under case no 43/2018 and Section 353/323/506/34 of IPC. Sources said that the child became ill after the incident and her treatment is going on at present.
