NIOS agents start business in name of 50 pc at H.S. exam

UDAIPUR:

National Institute of Open School Board started cheating business at Gomati district and Agartala in the name of conducting and passing Higher Secondary examination. They are collecting Rs. 40,000 to 45,000 from the unemployed youths and teachers as a charge for passing the H.S. Examination.

Meanwhile allegation raised that many agents fled away after collecting the charge from unemployed youths and teachers. The allegations are much more at Udaipur, Amarpur and Santirbazar subdivisions.

At the same time the Education department and the state government has not taken any action against the board. In the meantime a section of government teachers and employees are filling form under NIOS Board to increase their marks at H.S. exam up to 50 percent without collecting ‘No objection certificate’ from the department.

Most funny thing is that a section of 10,323 teachers are working as agent of admission in NIOS. Meanwhile the teachers started hectic activity to appear at NIOS exam to secure 50 percent who had not the marks. It is suspected that many employees could be involved in unlawful activity on question of getting no objection certificate from the department.
