Gomati District based Janatar Darbar is going to commence from next Wednesday. Trial run for Janatar Darbar held at DM Office today, said DM of Gomati district T.K. Debnath at a press conference today.
Speaking at the press conference DM said, Janatar Darbar will be held in every Wednesday starting from Wednesday in next week. The Darbar will start from 10 a.m. and it will continue till 1 p.m at the conference hall of DM office. DM, SDM, ADM, BDOs from different Blocks will remain present in the Darbar. The representative of the officials will remain present in case of busy schedule of the officers on the day of Darbar. Besides, officers of different department will attend in the Darbar.
The applicants will be able to apply for their problem by filling form which will be distributed free of cost. Applicants will be submitted by addressing the Chief Minister. A total of 40 applicants will be allowed to participate in every lot of Darbar.
Initiative will be taken to solve the problem of maximum applicants during short period of Darbar. The applicants will be able to go to higher authority if they fail to solve their problem at District level Darbar. Any person will be able to submit application at the Darbar with any problem including social, family and economic problems.
