For the first time after Assembly poll 2018 a delegation of Gana Mukti Parishad submitted a memorandum to BDO at Bagma constituency on November 23. The members and supporters of GMP organized a rally Killa Bazar after the deputation.

During deputation the delegates demanded to introduce double ration in ADC area to combat crisis of work and food, to stop harassment of real allowance beneficiaries in the name of verification, to arrange payment of allowance in first week of every month, to arrange at least 200 days work under MNREGA, to increase wages of MNREGA workers up to 340 since March 9.
Former minister Naresh Jamatia, Chandra Hansa Jamatia, CPI-M Subdivision secretary Manik Biswas were present during deputation. The BDO assured to verify the reasonability of the demands.
