BSF 34 Battalion organized a civic action and awareness programme at Golmani Para under Indo – Bangla Border of Karbook subdivision yesterday.
BSF distributed sweets and 100 blankets among the students and local people of adjacent 6 paras of Golmani Para BOP. Besides they distributed 100 school bags among the students of the locality.
Student Sushila Chakma, local resident Kripamohan Tripura, Malina Dewan and others expressed their happiness and appreciated such activity of BSF.
Meanwhile In-Charge of BSF 34 Battalion Ajoy Kumar said that such programme would continue in future. Reminding people about their responsibilities and duties he said that BSF Jawans work for the welfare of society and country.
