Local people recovered body of a middle aged person from drain at Mirja under Kakraban Police Station today.
Reportedly police recovered the body according to information from people and identified the person as Nanda Hari Jamatia (47).
Sources said the local people saw the body when they were busy in morning walk and informed police. Later police shifted the body to Kakraban Primary Hospital.
There was sign wound on mouth of the person. He was a dweller of Badhari Pathar area of Mirja.
Now police started investigation to know whether the death was murder or suicide or any other reason behind it. The body has been handed over to relatives after post mortem.
