BDO of Teliamura Block Krishanu Dey has taken disciplinary action against all employees of Teliamura Panchayat Samiti for late arrival of the employees in the office.
Sources said that allegation raised against the employees of different departments about attending office at anytime according to their whims while Chief Minister appealed the employees to become aware about their responsibilities for bringing back lost work culture in the offices. But large number of employees found attending offices whimsically.
At last BDO of Teliamura Krishanu Dey took initiative to take action against the unruly employees. BDO went to Panchayat Samiti office today at 10-15 a.m. leaving his own chamber. He saw that all tables and chairs were vacant although the office was open. No employee of the office reached till that time.
Immediately BDO locked the Panchayat Samiti office and took disciplinary action against all employees of the department.
Meanwhile local people appreciated the initiative of BDO. Welcoming the action of BDO the local people expected that the initiative would remain as an instance to the employees of other departments.
