In view of rising number of COVID-19 positive patients in Tripura's Sepahijala district, the concerned administration today classified 3 blocks in the district as containment zone.
The state's Sepahijala district has so far witnessed a maximum number of COVID-19 positive patients of the total 1079, which perhaps has been recorded as stat's total tally as on Sunday night.
A notification has been issued today identifying Kathalia, Boxanagar and Nalchhar blocks of the Sepahijala district as 'containment zones' where movement of people outside home will be restricted by rules and prohibitions.
The notification however had to be issued because of fast worsening situation in the entire Sepahijala district of the state, specially in the three notified blocks.
