All services for providing Aadhar card including taking photograph nearby SDM Office of Khowai subdivision suspended during last one month. As a result suffering of people has reached to an unbearable situation.
Meanwhile, ration card of many consumers became inactive due to lack of Aadhar card. Besides transaction of many customers with banks suspended due to lack of the card. As a result people of the subdivision became helpless in all respect.
Problem regarding Aadhar Card raised from all sides. Mistake in name and address of persons have been found in many cases. The mistakes have not been corrected due suspension of Aadhar services.
At the same time administrative authority of Khowai have no responsibility except providing salary to staffs engaged for Aadhar Card providing by a company.
Meanwhile, local people of Khowai subdivision have raised demand to hand over the charge of providing Aadhar Card to the administrative authority of Khowai. Earlier grip of corruption captured the service of providing Aadhar Card when it was introduced nearby SDM office. Later on service of Aadhar card restarted after sacking the corrupted staffs.
