At least 50 men and women donated blood at Blood donation camp organized by Teliamura Division of PWD Workers and Employees Sangha at office complex of PWD in Teliamura today.
Speaking on the occasion Chief Whip of State Assembly Kalyani Roy said Blood is such an element which could not be created and every human being can save dieing patient by donating blood. Referring blood cell die within 121 days she said, one can easily save life of patient by donating their blood.
Among others MLA Pinaki Das Choudhury, CMO of Khowai P.K. Majumder, Medical Superintendent of District Hospital Dr. Dhananjay Reang, SDMO of Teliamura Padmaram Jamatia were present in the programme.
