At least 242 untrained teachers of Teliamura under State Government demanded intervention of Chief Minister and Education minister to save their job by releasing their DLD result conducted by NIOS.
The untrained teachers of government and private schools appeared in DLD examination conducted by NIOS of Delhi to save their job according to guideline of Central Education Act, 2017. Training of teachers became compulsory for teachers of government and private schools. Altogether 242 teachers got training at Study Centre in Teliamura from 2017 to December, 2018. But the candidates disappointed by the result of third and fourth semester although they were satisfied by first and second semester. The authority declared the result of 242 candidates for 3rd and 4thsemester RW.
Now the teachers are facing a threat of losing job as their jobs will be discontinued under government and private schools if they could not pass the exam within June 30 in 2019. In such a situation the candidates are demanding to get their pass certificate on an urgent basis.
The candidates of Teliamura appeared in exam at Khowai Govt. Boys School. Their answer sheets were sent to Delhi by post. But their results declared RW while other candidates of the state got their result in the meantime. Meanwhile the examinees set in a meeting with Study Centre Coordinator to seek out their future course of action. But they failed to get any solution.
