Fertilizer was distributed among 112 farmers of Udaipur Municipal Council area on Saturday. Agricultural Transport and Tourism minister Pranajit Singha Roy handed over the fertilizer sacks to the beneficiary farmers.
Among others, Udaipur Municipal Chairman Sheetal Chandra Majumder, Vice Chairman Anupam Chowdhury, prominent social activist Abhishek Debray, Prabir Das, Agriculture Department Deputy Director Gautam Majumder and councilors of different wards were present. The Agriculture Department applauded the initiative and the farmers were happy with the initiative.
