Two renowned Neurosurgeons—Dr. Sidda Reddy and Dr. BCM Prasad are soon going to join services in state’s Trauma Care Center, confirmed the sources close to the ministry.
Both the doctors are now serving at Venkateshwara institute medical sciences of Tirupati as senior doctors.
Sources said, both doctors have forwarded their positive consent letters to the government and if everything falls in the right direction both of them will be seen treating patient here very soon.
Dr. Sidda Reddy will join as a full time surgeon whereas Dr. BCM Prasad, one of the senior faculty members of the Venkateshwara institute of medical sciences will remain in the state for seven days as a consultant, added the sources.
However, though the date of joining is still to be announced, the preparations starting form installation of necessary equipments to arrangement of assisting resources has been ended very shortly.
