There is no difference among religions. A section of people create the difference who are afraid of harmony, said Deputy Speaker Bishwabandhu Sen at felicitation programme of the Haj Pilgrims organized by Administrative authority at Vivekananda Sardha Satabarsiki Bhavan today.
Among others State Haj Committee Chairman Md. Jasimuddin, social worker Bhabatosh Das, Jawhar Chakraborty, Alakesh Aditya and State Haj Committee Member Abdul Majid were present in the function.
SDM Rajesh Das delivered the welcome address. Altogether 47 pilgrims are going to leave state for Haj Yatra on July 26. The officials said that the allowance for the pilgrims would be increased in comparison to the allowance approved by previous Left Front Government.
Speaking on the occasion Deputy Speaker alleged that a section of people want to finish the power of integrity by creating discrimination and crack in unity of people.
He further added, “Many people said before election that offering Namaj, observing Roja and going out of home would be troublesome for people of Muslim community if BJP comes into power” He raised question whether any Muslim brother faced any problem after rule of BJP- IPFT Government during last few months. Sen said, “Development of the state is possible by the development all. Development is not possible excluding anyone in the state”
