Local people of Khowai Municipal Council are suffering from acute crisis if drinking water during last one week. The supply of water reduced to one time daily instead of twice daily after an announcement of DWS department before one week.
But the supply of water has not been normalized after the end of the week. Although water supply started now for one hour duration in two times daily the supplied water is not clean till at present.
But the people of KMC are still dependent on the water and have raised demand to increase duration and purity of water.
