Two Day Long Selection camp to start from Oct 7

AGARTALA:

Tennis Coaching Program for the children of the state who are keen on playing the sport at both recreational as well as the professional level is already in full swing at the State Tennis Complex, Kunjabon. The program, under the banner of Tripura Tennis Association, was inaugurated on August 5, 2017 through rigorous screening and series of assessment.

Currently the program, spread over every Saturday and Sunday, has picked up good pace and caters to quite a lot of children, mostly at the beginner level. The second series of screening will be held at the State Tennis Complex on the 7th & 8th of October 2017, for which registration will be held at the venue everyday from 3rd October onward, between 8:00 - 9:00 am. Children from the age of 5 years are eligible for the beginner program, whereas the adults are also welcome for the registration for training under a different program, specifically meant for them. 

The Tennis Coaching Program designed and structured by renowned coach from Bengal, Debapriyo Das, better known as Rishi, who has the experience of nurturing junior and senior professionals from across the country and even abroad will be present during the screening and assessment process. He also intends to review the ongoing program and interact with the local coach and thereby suggest the necessary changes and modifications.
