Tripura Football association President Subrata Debbarma today left for Delhi to take part in the finance committee meeting of All India Football Federation.
The meeting will be held tomorrow at 2.00 pm. Besides this Subrata Debbarma will watch the opening match of the FIFA Under 17 Football world cup today between host Tripura and USA as he got the invitation to watch the match from the federation.
Before the departure Subrata Debbarma said,” For the first time ever India will take part in football world cup and the more exciting matter is about the Indian team as total 10 footballers have made their place in the squad from north east. I will urge to the federation in the meeting to give special attraction to the north eastern states as there are lots of more hidden talents in this region of the country.”
