The second series of screening of kids have begun at the State Tennis Complex, Kunjaban from today morning. Interest from local parents and their wards have been very encouraging for the recently inaugurated coaching camp under the Tripura Tennis Association.
Coach from Bengal, Debapriyo Das, well known in the circuit as Rishi was present on court for the selection as well as for the entire training program, which is already in existence from August 2017. He made some alterations in the programming of different groups, on the basis of the player's progress and adaptability. Along with the other coaches from Tripura, Rishi was instrumental in involving few new kids who enrolled for training from the current month.
The special training, meant for the already enrolled players of the camp will continue till tomorrow, October 8 and the process of fresh enrollment and selection trails will continue till Monday, October 9. Interested parents or players may contact the Office on both the days between 8:00 - 9:00 am in the morning.
