OPC today registered hat trick of wins while Blood Mouth returned to winning streak in the ongoing Santosh Memorial A division cricket tournament organized by Tripura Cricket association. At Melaghar OPC thrashed BCC by 6 wickets while at MBB Stadium Blood Mouth defeated Mouchak by 5 wickets.
In the morning at Kajal stadium in Melgahar batting first BCC bundled out for a mere 122 runs in which 35 runs was extra. Among the batsmen apart from opener Pranab Das, all the others have been failed. 6 batsmen went out without troubling the scorers. Pranab Das remained unbeaten on 52 from 102 balls with 6 boundaries.
Among the OPC bowlers Satadeep Saha picked up 5 wickets while Subham Ghosh picked up 2 wickets. In reply OPC achieved the target in just 28 overs losing 4 wickets. Among the batsmen opener Rahul Chandra Saha made 47 from 61 balls with 7 fours and 1 six while Subham Ghosh remained unbeaten on 25 from 40 balls with 3 fours.
In the other match at MBB Stadium batting first Mouchak bundled out for 159 runs from 47.3 overs. Among the batsmen Pradip Das made 21, both the openers Indrajit Paul and Babul Das scored 20 runs while Suman Das and Kartik Saha made 17 runs each and Rohit Ghosh and Indrajit Debnath scored 15 and 12 runs respectively.
Among the Blood Mouth bowlers Deba Prasad Singha picked up 4 wickets while Pawan Kumar, Parvez Sultan and Sahil Sultan picked up 2 wickets each. Blood Mouth achieved the target in just 40 overs losing 5 wickets. Among the batsmen Joy Kishan Saha remained unbeaten on 65 while Arka Prabha Singha made 28 runs.
