Sangam Chowdhury and his parents thanked Health Minister for all support

Sangam Chowdhury and his parents on Wednesday met Health Minister Sudip Roy Barman to thank him for providing all the help and support in catering treatment of Sangam who was left seriously injured in a road accident at Imphal.

Meeting Health Minister Sudip Roy Barman, Sangam and his parents thanked him for all the help in catering the best treatment to Sangam to overcome the injuries.

It is to be mentioned here that in a massive road accident in Imphal one nursing student from Tripura studying at the Regional Institute of Medical Science (RIMS) died and two other identified as Sangam Chowdhury, a resident of Netaji Chowmuhani and Abhoy Debnath, a BSc nursing 4th semester student, hailing from the bordering village of Sonamura in Sepahijala district were left seriously injured.

However, with the initiative of Health Minister Sudip Roy Barman, the injured received special treatment and are now fit and fine. Both Sangam and his parents on Wednesday met Health Minister Sudip Roy Barman and thanked him for all the support.
