Keeping eye on the 5th Yoga Day celebration to be observed on June 21 a preparatory meeting was held at Unakoti District conference hall. ADM Ajit Shukla Das, SDM Dr Bishal Kumar District Sports officer Amit Yadav, officials from ICA and education department and others remained present in the meeting.
As a part of the meeting, Unakoti DM Rabindra Reang was appointed as the chairman along with a preparatory team was also constituted with 45 members and 7 others committee were also constituted to efficiently observe 5th Yoga Day.
It is to be mentioned here that a colorful rally would be held with the students of 9 schools from RK Institute of 21st June followed by a display of Yoga at unakoti kalakshetra. SDM Dr Bishal Kumar also stated that every schools will participate in the yoga along with this year will also be demonstrated in the prison.
